The Ministry of Justice is a government institution dealing with all sorts of cases arising out of criminal offenses. An individual can make an inquiry about such matters as crimes, misdemeanors, violations of law and even charges of fraud and other financial crimes. The applicant should first have to get a case history to know the basic details of the cases filed against him. It is necessary for the applicant to understand the procedures followed in making an inquiry before he can proceed any further.

The applicant should be able to provide enough information on his background to substantiate his claims. He should be able to furnish all the requisite information on his name, present address and contact details. He should also furnish information on any earlier convictions that are applicable in the case. Any documents such as certificate of rehabilitation or discharge, certificate of identity, driving license or any documents of proof of financial status such as bank statements or pay slips should be produced by the applicant. Any other documentary evidence that might be required can also be obtained from the office of the Attorney General.

The applicant can also obtain access to special government databases that hold information regarding past and present cases pertaining to the ministry. Such databases will enable you to locate anyone who has been involved in any criminal activities. The applicant should also be able to produce documentary evidence to authenticate his identity. Before contacting the ministry, you can conduct some research and review the background of the applicant. In case there are no records available about the applicant, it is advisable to conduct a search using various sources.

There is no fee required to access such records. However, certain regulations are imposed for proper authentication and substantiation of information. The fee is charged because it costs the government money to maintain the database. Cases relating to criminal offenses are not contained in the database of the MPA. Information on cases filed under penal laws and other civil crimes are available to the public through different state agencies. The most suitable place to look for such information is the MPA's website. استعلام قضايا وزارة العدل

Before contacting the MPA, the applicant should make sure that he submits all the necessary documents pertaining to his case. These include photograph identification, statement of purpose, list of exhibits and witnesses, and statements from witnesses. Failure to submit all the required documents may lead to rejection by the MPA. Before the applicant can proceed with the criminal justice procedure, he should check with the MPA whether he has already applied for an inquiry.

The applicant should also check the status of the case and determine if he has been denied or approved. He should check the status of the complaint, the nature of the complaint, and the applicant's position in the criminal justice system. The applicant should ensure that the complaint has been submitted in the proper manner as indicated in the MPA circular. Finally, the applicant should contact the MPA for further queries and clarification.
