For fans of the undead, Corin Morrilton's newest novel, Corpse Merch, is a must-read. As a prequel to the world-renowned necromancer series, Corin draws upon the streets of London in 1832 and delves into the underbelly of corruption and murder. Whether you are a fan of undead or just enjoy a thrilling, suspense-thrilling story, you will love this novel. While it may not be as gritty as other offerings from the world of Corin, it is not so far out of reach as other storylines from the bestselling author.

The year is 2021, and Corin Morrilton has completed the third book in his undead serial killer series, Voice of the Shattered Sun. With the recent rise in crimes committed by ghouls and demons, Corin must once again battle to protect the world against the impending threat of darkness. As he works towards completing the third book in the series, the question of how he'll cope with the looming deadline looms large in his mind. He knows that the time is approaching when his beloved wife is due to give birth, and if his work on the serial killer's final target is any indication of how he feels about his work, he'll do everything in his power to get the job done.

In the meantime, Corrine has been having dreams about her late husband, though she doesn't exactly know how he died. When she finally comes to in the present, she finds herself in a hospital bed, the body of her dead husband still hidden in a wooden drawer. With the help of her friend, ette, Corrine quickly realizes that her husband's killer has taken her own life, and that Corrine's unborn son is now in danger. When she finds herself unable to raise her son, she goes to enlist the aid of a woman who uses the Necronomicon to control the dead. In exchange for her help, Corrine can learn what killed her husband, but will she be willing to sacrifice her unborn son for the greater good of the present and the future? Find out what happens to Corrine as she deals with the repercussions of her actions in "Corrine's Son."

For all of its excellent storylines and acting, "Corpse Merch" is not really very funny. The dialogue is often choppy and slow, with the occasional exception being Marlon Brando's performance as Corrine's mother. The supporting characters, many of whom are barely even named, provide few, if any, laughs. None of this is a knock on the film, but rather a disappointment with the overall lack of humor in the film.

Because Brando is so talented, the supporting characters often overshadow the star, and the film is often less than entertaining for its lack of comic relief. Even after the first look at Corrine, it's clear that she's not the star of the show, at least not in the minds of those who have seen it before. Despite the poor reception Corrine receives, the film is worth a look if only for its unique setting, unique story, and performances. With a strong story and the star of the show stealing the show, "Corpse Merch" manages to be a fun and entertaining film.

From the beginning, the movie makes it clear that Corrine's pregnancy and eventual birth will be a shock to her friends and family. A visit from her friend Mandy Barlow does nothing to alleviate Corrine's anxieties about the impending delivery. Corrine's death rattles the emotional ties that bind her to her friends and family, but she knows her death will occur and that will have consequences. Corrine's son, however, is excited about his future and eager to see her again. In that regard, Corrine's death is sort of a blessing in disguise, as she helps her son adjust to his new role as a father. With a great cast and a terrific screenplay, "Corrine's Son" is a must-see film for anyone interested in the world of horror movies and grindhouse entertainment.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
