The ancient art of Link and Para Meditation, practiced by the Ayurvedic Sattva and Svasavartas of India, is taught in the Link Alternatif Fortunabola Sutras. A Sattva (student) should meditate under a teacher, such as a master Ayurvedic physician, to achieve success in treating his or her ailment. The procedure to achieve success is described in detail in the link (para-satin) and the concomitant (its audio) stars of the science. In a typical ayurvedic home reading, the first sutra usually appears as the situs judi, or main topic. The second star, also called the concomitant (sub-topic) sutras, are the mirror images of the first.

The primary intent of the link alternatif fortunabola tercaya is to assist the student to achieve good health and well-being. This will in turn lead to a sense of fulfillment, along with improved ability to understand the predicaments of everyday life. The process is often used in conjunction with another traditional Indian medical system, such as the Upanishad. The goal of traditional Indian medicine is to treat the entire person, using a combination of conventional therapies as necessary. In addition, it works to assist the student to change his or her thinking and behavior patterns in order to overcome negativity in one's life.

To explain the science behind the Link alternatif fortunabola, it would be beneficial to briefly examine the traditional teachings of both Hinduism and Jainism. Hinduism recognizes five elements: yin (the female), yang (the male), substance (air, water, earth), and karma (clearance). According to Hinduism, a person is born at the base of the spine, in a body which is linked to all other bodies. This then links the person's mind, heart, stomach, head, and senses to other parts of the body. Each part of the body has a corresponding element, which is further determined by gender and location in space.

To counteract the evil forces that exist at the base of the spine, a person can go through a spiritual practice known as jugaads. The practice is considered important because the evil forces can bring about physical illness. One of the five jugaads, which is the basis of the Link Alternatif Fortunabola, is Dapatipayattu. The word "Dapatipayattu" means "seated yoga posture." This practice consists of a series of seated meditations to calm the mind and increase one's energy.

Another part of the ritual involves the wearing of a white silk shirt called a safari or sari. Wearing such a garment helps to ward off the "evil eye," which is believed to be the eye of evil fortune. After wearing the safari, a person goes through meditation, where he or she practices breathing exercises to cleanse the body and open up the chakras. In the meantime, a specific paste is spread on a smooth surface, usually the abdomen. Some believe that this paste helps to open the kundalini. The Link Alternatif Fortunabola has a different version of the story, wherein the paste is made from makarparthi.

A part of the Link Alternatif Fortunabola ritual involves a rosary, which is worn by an individual on the left ring finger of the left hand. The rosary is said to have many powers, including the power to cure illness. However, in the Link Alternatif Fortunabola, a different story involving the rosary comes into play. It is said that the wearing of the rosary will help to open up the third eye, located in the head, in order for one to receive all the good fortune that the spirit world could bestow upon him or her. Wearing the rosary also helps to cleanse the body, as well as to rid it of any negative energy that may have accumulated in the system.

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
